In 2020, during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, I experienced both profound joy and deep loss. Just five days after welcoming my daughter into the world, I lost my father. Seeking solace, I turned to candle-making as a form of therapy—a way to channel my emotions and find peace amid overwhelming grief.

What started as a personal journey of healing quickly evolved into something greater. As I shared my candles with friends and loved ones, their enthusiastic support encouraged me to transform this passion into a business. In 2022, I officially launched Calm & Co. Candles on my father’s birthday, honoring his memory while offering others the comfort and calm I found in the process.
